An obvious homage to James Cameron's first two Terminator movies (there's even a scene where T2 is acknowledged), Kin operates on a small budget and has some grand implications in the science fiction genre, but it falls short in style and execution, as well as in the character department.
Although flawed I still had a good time with Bohemian Rhapsody and Rami Malek is a revelation. Definitely worth seeing on the big screen so you can get swept up in the classic songs. One of the best movies of the year.
Beautiful Boy is a dark and serious movie about addiction, so the casual viewer may not want to watch this movie, but it's worth seeing for the performances alone.
