KICKSTARTER LAUNCH FOR SCREAM DESCENT

A bold, feature-length love letter to the Scream franchise invites fans to help make the next chapter a reality.

[UK / International] — The creative team behind HALLOWEEN AFTERMATH will officially launch the funding campaign via Kickstarter for their next ambitious project: SCREAM DESCENT, on July 31st, 2026, inviting horror fans around the world to help bring this ambitious, high quality feature-length fan film to life.

Designed as a high-quality homage to the Scream franchise, SCREAM DESCENT blends sharp suspense, brutal tension, and self-aware storytelling with a modern cinematic approach. The project aims to deliver a polished, emotionally grounded slasher experience that respects the legacy of the films while carving out a bold identity of its own.

Produced by A63 Pictures in collaboration with Dark Forest Productions, the film has been in active development with a dedicated creative team, detailed pre-production, and a clear vision for tone, pacing, and visual style. With Principal Photography already underway and over halfway complete, the funding campaign represents the final push needed to elevate the production to its full potential.

Funds raised will directly toward:
Professional-grade production and equipment.
Practical effects, costumes, and signature props.
Location costs and production design.
Physical and digital rewards/perks for supporters.
