Academy Award Winning film-composer Joe Renzetti has joined the production of Blood Moon Picture’s slasher comedy New Fears Eve. Joe previously composed the scores for such notable genre fare as Child’s Play, Dead & Buried, Frankenhooker, the Basket Case franchise and Tales from the Crypt.

He contacted us out of the blue saying he was interested in our film and wanted to know more. Having someone of his renowned talent approach us was a welcomed surprise, not to mention a surreal moment. Joe has previously worked with Ron Howard and Mel Brooks as well as masters of horror John Carpenter, Tom Holland, and Frank Henenlotter. He’s very down to earth and seems excited about working on NFE. As you can imagine this was an opportunity we weren’t expecting and we’re very much looking forward to working with him.”
